Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the customized nature of our products, items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, the core materials used in the manufacturing process are permanently altered and rendered unusable for resale once production has begun. For these reasons, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges after an order has been placed.
